Hello.  This is Captain Phil, and I am a licensed Captain through the Coast Guard with current first aid and CPR certification. Our vessel is fully insured and meets or exceeds all Coast Guard standards. I have always had a passion for fishing and love to share that with other people - hence why I became a charter captain. When you fish with us, you can help out as much or as little as you would like. This is your trip and we will communicate about how involved you want to be on the boat. I have been fishing in some form or fashion since I could hold a pole and have been fishing on Lake Ontario since 1989. I have had the priviledge of fishing with some great fishermen on the lake since that time and have and continue to  incorporate what they have taught me with what I have learned. It is this experience and passion that I bring to the the boat to try to hook you onto as many fish as we can on any given day. I also understand the this is a one shot deal that means a lot to you and your group and I promise that I will give 100% to make this a memorable trip.

Trips and Rates

  We have tried to make your day on the water affordable as well as memorable. Even though we keep our rates on the low side we promise you that we will give 100% effort to put fish in the boat while making your trip enjoyable. We can also help you find quality local lodging if you need it. We would recommend trying to stay at Anchor Resort and Marina first - this is where we depart from and it is a first class operation. 

    There is a $100 deposit required to hold your date.  The balance is paid at the dock.

    If the trip is cancelled at the captain's discretion due to weather, a full refund will be made or if you would like we can reschedule the trip.

Up to four adults is very comfortable, but we can accommodate up to six people per trip.  

4 Hour An introduction to Lake Ontario and what she has to offer in terms of fishing when her real beauty comes alive at the first or last light of the day.   $400

6 Hour Focusing on trolling the depths for trophy salmon and trout with an occasional bonus specie. Morning or afternoon departures are available for this trip.   $500

8 Hour For the super serious, can't get enough time on the water anglers.  Focusing on trolling the depths for trophy salmon and trout with an occasional bonus specie. We depart in the morning unless the weather pushes us back to the afternoon on this one. $600

Custom trips are available upon request, especially to accomodate young children and their interests within a fishing family. Smallmouth bass fishing was excellent last season, gobies can be found anywhere, and if the water temps are right perch can sometimes be found. 

The Morgan-E

The Morgan-E, named after my two daughters (Morgan and Elizabeth (Lizzy)), is a 2010 Baha 277GLE. This boat was engineered with the comfort and safety of the Great Lakes' Angler in mind. She has some of the deepest gunnels to keep you and your loved ones safely inside the boat, a stand-up head, a hard top to keep you out of the elements, and she is a pure fishing machine at heart. Morgan-E is powered by a 300hp E-Tec to get us to the fish and back safely and we use a Honda trolling motor that is as quiet as they come to make your time more enjoyable. To help us safely locate and put fish in the boat, she is outfitted with some of the latest in electronics and fishing equipment. Up to four adults is very comfortable and we can accomodate up to six - especially families with children.

What you will need:

• Above all a good attitude - bad mojo does not make for a good day

• A NYS fishing license for all over 16

• Sunglasses are a must for everyone

• Soft soled shoes - NO Black Soled Shoes or Boots if possible - Sneakers and crocs are great!!!

• Sunscreen and hats are recommended

• Motion sickness medication if you think that you may become ill

• A camera for the day's events

• A cooler to take your catch home after the trip ends (this can stay in your vehicle until we return to the dock)

• Even in late July and August it can be chilly on the water; be prepared

• Food and drinks; the fish usually choose to hit when people have a sandwich in one hand and a soda in the other

*Alcohol consumption should be minimal - no glass bottles

*NO illegal drugs - this boat's captain has a zero tolerance policy
